The initial set-up and administration for these sites takes time, requires pictures, text and brand building. We work with the home owner to produce each of the sites. Our hourly rate for set-up is $40 per hour. The home owner provides a credit card and must authorize the purchase of each of the below sites memberships. ( average set-up cost: $1800-$2000)
